Christopher Bradford is a Utah-based composer who has received widespread acclaim. Bradford has had works premiered in countries around the world and his pieces are regularly performed by top groups. He writes for a wide gamut of instrumentation including choir, orchestra, percussion ensemble, wind ensemble, solo work, and chamber music. Much of Bradford’s music combines the rhythmic elements of percussion music with the lyricism of the choral and orchestral repertoire. His works have their roots in tonality, expressed in a modern, personal musical language.
